First pictures of bombing of Swedish Red Cross at Dolo by Italian planes - 50 killed.
These pictures are the first to reach London of the bombing by Italian planes of the Swedish Red Cross unit at Dolo on the Abyssinian southern front. One Swedish doctor, Dr. Lundstrom, was killed, together with 50 Abyssinians. All the members of the Swedish staff were injured.
It is claimed that the Italians used mustard gas during the attack and that the flesh of the victims was seared and bilstered.
