One of the most colourful ceremonies of the Royal Tour took place at Bo, in Sierra leone where 52 Chiefs of the Southern Province staged a Durbar in honour of the Queen's visit.
The picture shows the Queen and Prince Philip watching a a Chief is carried before the dais in a rearkable hammock, the supports of which rest on the heads of his attendants.
