A loyal official kissing the feet of Emperor Haile Selassie, Emperor of Ethiopia, after the latter returned to Addis Ababa on December 17th from his holiday in Brazil, which he cut short on hearing of the rebellion in Ethiopia. The rebellion was crushed by forces loyal to the Emperor, after 36 hours of fighting.—(United Press International).
