Addis Ababa, Ethiopia: Emperor Haile Selassie of Ethiopia speaks to newsmen at a press conference he gave in his study at the Imperial Palace here yesterday.
The Emperor told the newsmen that some actions of the rebels raised the suspicion of foreign help, and that there would be a careful investigation. It was also disclosed yesterday that 15 ministers were massacred by the rebels at the Palace on Friday last.
