Sheb in El Kom, Lower Egypt : United Arab Republic President Gamal Abdel Nasser, standing in an open car, and with Cuba's minister of Industry, Ernest Guevara (wearing beret), at his side, waves to the cheering crowds as he visited this capital of Menufia Governorate in Lower Egypt, March 10th, during his election campaign tour of Governorates before the March 15th Plebiscite when he will be elected as President for a further six-year term. Addressing a rally during the tour, President Nasser announced that if Bonn recognizes Israel, the UAR plans to recognize East Germany, seize German schools and sequester German property.
