Apollo-15 lifts off tonight at 7.04 on its 12-day Lunar Mission.
The astronauts forming the crew are: David R. Scott (39), mission commander; Alfred M. Worden (39), command module pilot, and James B. Irwin (41), lunar module pilot.
Almost three hours later, the spacecraft will leave earth orbit and separates from rocket at 10.25 p.m.
Apollo-15 is scheduled to land on the Moon on July 31st at 3.45 a.m.
