Scope and content

In the Atlantic: The early morning sun dapples the calm Atlantic with myriads of diamond-like sparkles as one of the United States record-breaking astronauts is hoisted aboard the rescue helicopter yesterday. His partner waits in life raft as a frogman stands by to assist.
The astronauts splashed down in the Atlantic South-West of Bermuda after their historic space flight, during which they completed 180 orbits and travelled 3,338,200 in 7 days, 22 hours and 56 minutes.
