Addis Ababa, Ethiopia: Emperor Haile Selassie of Ethiopia officially opens the Sixth Extraordinary Session of the Council of Ministers of the Organisation of African Unity in Addis Ababa, December 3rd. The session has been called to find a solution to the Rhodesia crisis. After a five-hour session, the Council decided that its 36 member states will break diplomatic relations with Britain on December 15 if she has not ended Rhodesia's rebellion by that date.
