Her Majesty the Empress of Abyssinia arrived in Port Said early yesterday morning Monday 25 September 1933 aboard the Andre Lebon. H. E. Hassanein Bey, First Chamberlain of H. M. King Fuad went on board as soon as the ship anchored to convey His Majesty King Fuad's greetings, after which the Empress landed and went to the Governor where a reception was held in her honour. Her Majesty is going to Jerusalem where she will inaugurate the new Coptic church which has been built n her express wishes. Her majesty Wesro Menen having on the right her two sisters and on the left his small son leaving the Coptic church at Port Said.
