The Treaty of Cession of the Territory of the Signed at the Ministry of External Affairs in Pondicherry,Karikal,Mahe and Yanam,was French Establishments in India Consisting of New Delhi on May28th.The Prime Minister and Minister of External Affairs,Mr.Jawaharial Nehru,Signed the Treaty on Behalf of the President of Inida,and Mr.Stanislas Ostrong,The French Ambassador in India,on Behalf of the President of the French Republic.The Treaty,Whose Terms Were Under Negotiation Between Both The Governments,Will Accord 'De Jure' Recognition to the Exisiting Arrangement by Which the Settlements Were Transferred to India in 1954
